"Museums are the heart and soul of a community"

We invite you to become a member of The Marble Museum, a national not-for-profit 501 [c] 3 marble museum organization located on the West Coast. The National Marble Museum is dedicated to educating the public through the preservation of art glass orbs, historical marbles, related artifacts and marble game memorabilia.

We are often asked, "what will make this museum special and why create a museum about marbles?" For me it is the celebration of the history of one of the oldest games known to mankind. And the art form of the glass sphere, perfection and enchantment, the endless possibilities of the creation of frozen fire!

At the core of the organization are its growing collections. One of the most important marble finds ever, the complete archive of the historic Vitro Agate Company, will be part of the Marble Museum's display in 2002.
